Subject-Verb Agreement Rule 5

Compound subjects joined by "and" require a plural verb.

Examples:

A. A change of clothes and a warm bath are all I need.

B. My pen and my bag were finally found yesterday.

Note: CS (compound subjects) --joined by-- and = PV (plural verb)
