Dialogue
A: Hello! Good morning! ABC Corporation main office, May I help you?
B: Good morning! I would like to inquire about the latest beauty products of your company.
A: Beauty products? I am so sorry ma'am however, our company is manufacturing the latest gadgets and not beauty products. You've reached the wrong number, I believe.
B: Oh, My apology. Thank you.
Note: If the caller dials you by mistake, be courteous and never say "Wrong Number" and abruptly hung up. Instead you can say, "You've reached the wrong number, I believe." The caller might be a customer who has confused your number with one above or below it in his own listing.
